We spent a four nights at the The Saraan in one of their sea front villas. The view was great but the villa was a little old and could have done with a touch up. The staff, especially in the dinning, were excellent and always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I stayed in the beach pool villa for one night. The room is quite nice, pool too.The bed faces huge windows, on the other side of which are the garden and the pool, which practically everyone has access to. When I was swimming in my pool I got greeted by a gardener passing by... อ่านต่อ

The rooms are alright, but the tub was broken in my villa and the jacuzzi was filthy. The breakfast that came with my room charge (which was ridiculous, even for a villa on Samui when compared to other locations) was fairly average. However, the issue is that it's the same food, with no deviation or differentiation every day. The restaurant, even with a "25% Off Your First Time" voucher, is far too expensive for the quality and quantity of food served. The Spa is also a huge rip off, charging 2900 plus tip for 2 people to get massages for 90 minutes. There are places that are just as nice and clean 10 minutes away in Chaweng shopping area that will do it for half of that. The "ocean view" they promise is nothing but rocks, and you have to walk over TO ANOTHER RESORT'S AREA to get to the beach, where they hassle you about paying for chairs even if you're not using them. The final straw was cutting my foot open in my villa room, as they had finishing nails sticking out of the floorboards. I was walking through my room and had my foot sliced open by one of these protruding nails. This place is trash and I regret wasting so much of my vacation time and hard earned salary at this dump. อ่านต่อ

We booked the sarann for our honeymoon the staff were welcoming and friendly, a few special touches to the room for our honeymoon. The villa was perfect, large bed, clean. The bathroom had a rain head shower and a large bath. Private pool was awesome with great views, very private as the rocky end of the beach so nobody was walking past the villa. Good selection at breakfast and yummy food from the restaurant/ room service. We will be back and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you too all the staff at the resort :) อ่านต่อ

The resort was very very good!! I got some complains about the service so I told to the manager then she said sorry and offered another service. Staff are very kind! This resort is perfect except the distance from the center city. อ่านต่อ

Eventhough the hotel is located around 2-3 kms from Chawang area, but the price what we paid for Sea front pool villa was not worth. Beach was rocky, breakfast spread is very average, food too was very average. อ่านต่อ

The staffs are friendly, foods are tasty. They do not have own beach but is easily assessible as the beach is just beside. The jacuzzi is nice, it will definitely be better if they can provide more shuttle as the taxi is expensive in samui. Great experience overall อ่านต่อ

面海泳池别墅很舒服 泳池让孩子玩的很高兴。房间干净整洁，虽然酒店没有自己的沙滩 但旁边就是喜来登，新星，还有著名的瓦纳百丽，溜达就去了。其实酒店下边的礁石也别有情趣，毕竟这里不缺沙滩，租辆摩托车去查汶 拉迈 波普都很方便。在这里连住6晚 每天早餐也有一些变化的。员工也都很热情。很愉快的一次旅行。 อ่านต่อ

从性价比来说，真的不算很高，我入住的无边泳池房型，就价格来说还是比较一般，不贵不便宜，泳池不大，房间也不是特别大。 从位置来说，不方便，周围没711，最近的711走路大概20分钟，需要去查汶大街只有叫酒店call taxi或者租摩托车(需要自己加油)。 从清洁来说，还是很干净，房间整洁，所有的毛巾都有消毒，闻起来都是消毒水的味道，而且到点就会有清洁人员询问你需不需要clean the room。 员工服务没话说，随时给你打招呼问好，需要什么也会马上去办。 从设施来说，整个酒店的设施都比较陈旧，可能是全酒店都用木质结构的原因。 PS:酒店每天11：00am和3：00pm有酒店bus可以免费送你去查汶大街 อ่านต่อ
