Hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere. The walking street is 1 hour away and no beach. Pool is run down and old. Rooftop bbar has nice view. I asked for hotel to arrange pickup from airport but no one was there. If you come to Phuket this is one place you don't wanna stay at to have a good vacation อ่านต่อ

I think this hotel belong to the AccorHotel group, so I expected the management will be good. The hotel did not have my booking when I come to check-in, so the staffs cannot find my room as I prefer or conditions that I booked. However, I am very happy with all staffs that day, they treated me politely and try to do their best. I just wonder about the management of the hotel as the four star (my opinion). อ่านต่อ

This Novotel is one of the older style hotels. It is very comfortable, clean and located close to the old Phuket Town. If you want to explore the old Phuket Town its a great place to stay for the night. Major airlines use this hotel for their crew so it is a well regarded hotel. The downside to this hotel is that it is just the same as many international hotels. It lacks "personality". There are other hotels nearby that try to encompass the local culture in a much better way than this Novotel. If you are on business and want all the usual things that a business traveler needs, then this is the place for you. Staff were good, room were clean and comfortable and facilities were ok. The hotel is located in Phuket Town which is good for shopping in small shops as well as big markets, Thai people around the area are very friendly to every one, the hotel is very close to different cafeterias and restaurants so that you can have your food either in the hotel or outside just by walking. The area is quite during the night which makes you more relax. They also have tourist packages, they arranged a trip for me & my wife to go and visit different islands including James bond island, etc.... Very good and please keep up the same efforts.... Very nice hotel for Phuket Town which was very good for conducting client meetings in their vast lobby. The staff at check-in were very professional & courteous and not only arranged for an early check-in but also a late check-out too. All the staff were polite & helpful. The room looks clean & modern with a nice comfy bed and large bathroom. The only negative for my stay was that the WiFi in my room was very weak & kept cutting out which unfortunately was an inconvenience. However, when I mentioned this at check out, the room manager apologies and stated that it may have been just my room/floor that had the issue. Apart from WiFi, I would recommend this hotel if you require to conduct business in Phuket Town and I will be back again. อ่านต่อ

Checked in for our short 2 days trip. Room not ready at 15:00. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were upgraded to another room. Later found out that the safe in the room isn't working. Had to place our valuable in the hotel office's safe. Overall, the staffs are helpful BUT it may be helpful to predict an arriving guest and prepare for their check-in. อ่านต่อ

Second stay at the hotel and the staff were polite & helpful from check in to when we checked out. The room is modern looking with a nice comfy bed and strong WiFi (improvement from last stay) but unfortunately bathroom had a terrible sewerage odor coming from the drains. Also, if going to bathroom at night and light goes on, it lights up the whole bedroom too. A further problem we encountered was that we did get some street noise in room (floor 10) which we didn't get on previous stay - however not much happens in the street after midnight. Breakfast was a little disappointing in that the warm food was barely warm and if you wanted bacon, you needed to request it (but they didn't tell you that). All in all, it is a nice hotel with good staff but I feel it is overpriced for the location and the facilities offered. อ่านต่อ

the hotel is located in a quiet town. almost feels like you a living life like real Thais when you walk around the town. Novotel is a very luxurious stay which we enjoyed to much. The buffet was delicious and the spread was alright. The swimming pool is too cold to swim in. But we really enjoyed the room and our kids enjoyed the bathtub. The room is spacious! อ่านต่อ

No character, they ask for a deposit that is never mentioned. Super expensive and poor room quality. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms AT ALL. Was very unhappy during the stay. Only saving grace was the smiling staff. Never again. อ่านต่อ
