Good location.. close to nana bts station..
The room was not very good..got upgraded to premier suit paying additional cost and this upgrade Really paid off!! The room was big and very nice compared to the original one..
The attitude of the staff at the reception is not so friendly/polite that you would expect in Thailand or comparable to other hotels that l stayed during the trip(though I managed to get a fair treatment eventually:)).อ่านต่อ

Hotel is old and the room is dark (I did not feel comfortable to stay there). Water is dripping to the floor when showering. The staffs are not warm, like they’re always in a hurry even if I’m the only guest in the reception. I don’t recommend this hotel.อ่านต่อ

Great location, literally few minutes from the BTS station! Staff are helpful and polite, place is sufficiently clean. Room is a bit small but expected (from pictures), and still value for money. Do note that the area is quite close to the red light district though, so some of the street vendors are selling things that may not be child-appropriate. Another thing worth noting is that room service will still clean the room (according to the law) even if there is a "do not disturb" sign, as long as there is no one in the room. FYI there is shower cap, shampoo and soap but no in-room safe, hairdryer or toothbrush/toothpaste provided.อ่านต่อ

Near to BTS Nana, just 3 minutes walk. Surrounding have lots of 7-11 and family mart. The staffs are friendly. During my stay, upgrading construction in progress on surrounding, not much sound in room just a bit hard to walk for elder. So if bring elderly please take note.อ่านต่อ

First time at this hotel, the Pros: location was great, in the heart of everything, including the bus and MRT station. Easy access to bars, clubs and restaurants. The room was HUGE... way bigger than I expected. A/C was so cold (it’s a good thing) I had to turn it off. Bathroom was also huge. No complaints about the room.
Cons: WiFi is horrible, goes on and off, so I advise you to just buy a SIM card for your phone to avoid the hassle....อ่านต่อ

1. The hotel room is clean & spacious. Good location (super close to Nana BTS station and Terminal 21)
2. The staffs were very nice. Checked in and out very quickly. They even helped me bring the luggage to my room and turned on the air condition for me.

I've stayed at many hotels in the Suhkumvit area over the last eighteen years .. for short stays and "go to" hotels, Grand Business Inn does it. Well organized, friendly staff, clean room (could use a safe in the room) and comfortable room, right at the BTS Station.อ่านต่อ

It sits right near to Nana BTS and good night life.
There are many 24 hours eateries like inside foodland, Burger King, MacDonald to keep ones stomach full and happy.
