ห้องสะอาดมาก เตียงขนาดใหญ่ สระว่ายน้ำสวย ช่วงบ่ายๆแดดไม่แรง เหมาะสำหรับมานั่งเล่นริมสระหรือว่ายน้ำ มีร้านอาหารของโรงแรม แต่งร้านน่ารัก โรงแรมโลเคชั่นดี ไปไหนมาไหนสะดวก อ่านต่อ

ห่างจากท่าเรือแม่หาด เดิน10นาที ใกล้แหล่งเที่ยวกลางคืน หินจปร. ขึ้นเรือออกทริปได้ที่หาดทรายรีเพียง 2 นาที ห้องกว้าง สะอาด มีระเบียงสังสรรค์ได้ สระว่ายน้ำ2สระ พนักงานต้อนรับเยี่ยม กินอาหารที่โรงแรมได้เลย ราคาแพงกว่าข้างนอกนิดหน่อย หรือเดินไปหาอะไรกินที่แม่หาดก็ไม่ยาก คุ้มสุดคุ้ม ครั้งต่อไปก็พักที่นี่แน่นอน อ่านต่อ

มีพนักงานบางคน บริการไม่ประทับใจ เราแจ้งพนักงาน Receptionดังนี้ 1. เราเข้าพัก รม เป็นเวลา2คืน แล้วมีกล้วยที่เป็น1ใน complimentary เค้าให้มารับประทาน แต่เรากับเพื่อนไม่ได้กินกันวันแรก แล้ววันที่สองเราจะกิน พอเปิดดูเราเจอหนอนในกล้วย 2. เราเห็นศพแมลงสาบ2ตัว ในห้องน้ำ 3. ประตูระบบ xxx ใช้คีย์การ์ด ล็อค securely if you are inside, แต่พร้อมเปิดออกเมื่อมีแรงกระชาก พอไปแจ้งพนักงานมาที่ห้องเกิดเหตุ ได้รับการบริการดังนี้ 1. เรื่องกล้วย 🤦‍♀️ คืออันนี้เป็น complimentary จากทางเรานะคะ คือ*****จะให้ หรือไม่ให้***** ก็ได้ค่ะ คือทางเราก็จัดให้ลค ไม่สามารถที่จะไป***แหก***ดู( ใช้คำว่าแหกกับ ลค..หรอ?) ก็คงทำไม่ได้ แล้วอีกอย่าง อันนี้เป็นผลไม้ที่ย้ายลงมาให้ จากห้องนู้น(คือห้องที่พักวันแรก) ห้องวันนี้ไม่มีให้ อันนี้คือ ลค ไม่เช็คเองตั้งแต่เมื่อวาน ⭐️นี่คือคำตอบที่ลค สมควรจะได้รับหรอคะ? นี่คือการบริการลค? service mind อยู่ตรงไหน? ส่วนเรื่องแมลงสาป คุณแจ้งว่าแม่บ้าน ฉีดสเปรย์กำจัดแมลงสาป และทำความสะอาดแล้วเมื่อเช้า (คือฉีดสเปรย์ แล้วต้องรอให้ ลค มาเก็บกวาดซากแมลงสาปหรอค่ะ ทำไมไม่เช็คให้ก่อนเราจะเข้าห้องพัก เราไปดำน้ำกลับมาก็เย็นนะคะ) กับพนักคนนี้คนเดียว ที่เราไม่ประทับใจ ไม่มีคำขอโทษใดๆ ไม่มีคำพูดที่ดี ไม่ยิ้มแย้ม ไม่มีใจรักบริการ ทำหน้าหยิ่งตลอดเวลาในกาสนทนากับ ลค อ่านต่อ

Rooms are big and very clean. The view is amazing with big windows in the room. Beautiful pool with waterfalls. Very nice staff helped us in all of our asks. Will come back for sure!!! อ่านต่อ

Simple Life Cliff Resort was great. The staff was lovely. The location was amazing! The rooms were great! I would definitely stay here again. But for the cost, the bed could be more comfortable, the AirCon should be updated (worked but not great) and the WiFi was spotty. We all kept getting kicked off and having to re-sign in. Also for the cost, WiFi should have worked by the pool directly in front of the room. I’ve stayed at other places where the WiFi worked on the beach. อ่านต่อ

We stayed at the one bedroom ocean view suite which provides astonishing views. A giant private roof terrace on top of the suite offers an additional option for a sunset dinner. Thai Food from the only hotel restaurant is prepared at fair prices and very tasty, the only downside it closes at 5pm. Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants along the beach. I would definitely come back to this place if coming back to Koh Tao. Probably the best accommodation on Sairee. อ่านต่อ

We took the beach view room and were amazing at the incredible view. Huge Windows that open up to sea breeze right over the water. Nice small pool and big room with two balconies and a rooftop Only a few improvements suggested: It would be nice if reception was open 24 hours (closes at 11pm) Also breakfast was good but could be slightly more variety, however I still very much enjoyed the breakfast, and the room was breathtaking. อ่านต่อ

The location of the hotel is great: just a few minutes walk from the main area with all the restaurants, nightlife, cafes and massage places. We stayed in the room with sea view. The room is spacious and the balcony is awesome. You can watch the sunset from there. The welcome fruit basket is very generous and delicious. The bathroom is big but mainly empty, it feels like a missed opportunity. Water was often cold. One big annoyance is that the bathroom has a window which you can't close and through that window you get the waterfall noise of the pool all night and the sunlight of the sunrise directly into your bed. There's no curtain to prevent this. The breakfast is a bit too expensive for what they offer. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the room feels a bit overpriced for the amenities. อ่านต่อ

Great hotel. Stayed in the two bedroom suite facing the ocean. The pool is beautiful and the breakfast was decent. The only thing was i had two roaches in my room. However it is rainy season. They were in the living room dead so i never saw them crawling around which was good. I would still recommend this hotel out of the other places. It is modern , clean and great location. อ่านต่อ
