Everything was good except the room key card was not working properly. I stayed 4 nites but i have to changed keycard for 5 times. It created a bad feeling for customer as most of the time after back from work i reached the room but could not open and have to go to reception to change keycard. อ่านต่อ

The location is very convenient. There is a supermarket and 7-11 opposite the hotel. There is a free tuk-tuk from the machine to the hotel. The walk is only about 5 minutes. The staff at the counter are very friendly and speak Chinese. The hotel facilities are elegant, quiet, swimming pool, gym. The sauna is very new and easy to use. There are many breakfast options. Room and the entire hotel was really lovely and spacious. Staff were really helpful. I extended another night at the hotel after 2 nights stay. Near to the both the MRT and airport link station and they provide a shuttle service to the MRT. Would stay there again! อ่านต่อ

nice hotel in a quiet area...a bit off from all the noisy toirist area. near makkasan rialway which was great for airport transfer. hotel staff esp in the porters who meet the guests were excellent.. Siam brasserie food is great, and convenient. also had happy hour at bar and pool. stayed in a 2 bedroom - wih 2 toilets and very clean. อ่านต่อ

The Lancaster is excellent: beautifully appointed rooms, great rooftop pool and bar area, great customer service. It is about a 5 minute walk to a metro station (both for city stops and the airport line). อ่านต่อ

Though it’s located not near to any places of attractions but it’s very near to the mrt station (Phetchaburi station) which is very convenient for traveling. Overall stay was excellent . Was a bit disappointed as the viva Jiva spa was not yet open. During our stay. We didn’t get our body massage as we planned before the trip. อ่านต่อ

From the hotel staff through the room to the hotel’s facilities and equipment and breakfast, everything was pure excellence with zero compromise. We arrive way earlier before check-in, even though no room was available for us staff did all they could to help and make us feel comfortable, they let us hang out by the rooftop pool until we were able to check-in, they even brought us welcome drinks and towels there. Room was modern, luxurious, absolutely clean, equiped with all you need for comfortable stay and more. Bed was pleasure to lay in, so comfortable. Breakfast was the best we had out of the 10 hotels we visited in Thailand. Fitness is absolutely perfect especially considering it’s hotel fitness. Location is very strategic as well. We got as well free shuttle to the train stop. We would like to thank all the staff members who made our stay so pleasurable. There is no other choice for us in Bangkok for our future visits, only Lancaster and we can only recommend to everyone. อ่านต่อ

I had three nights stay at Lancaster and it was wonderful. Albeit it's not very near to most of the main attractions in Bangkok, accessibility wasn't an issue. It's like in the middle of a crossroad between a lot of public transportation. Breakfast was good enough although I've had better meals before within such class as this hotel. Overall I'd highly consider to return if I'm about to visit Bangkok again. อ่านต่อ

Checkin a bit slow, it seems they had problem with locating my booking. We reserved a triple room and they just started to ready the extra bed and amenities when we showed up at the room. The shower was flooded with water but they were quick in fixing the issue. Despite these littler hiccups, it checks all the boxes for a standard 5 star hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast and gym are both legendary. It is quite close to a subway station. อ่านต่อ

We stayed for 5D4N at family room of the hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast spread was good but more changes would be even better. My two girls enjoyed using the gym facilities very much. The staff are polite and attending to our queries. Folks, Look No Further. This place is awesome. Everything simply works - staff, location, facilities ... everything. But what makes a difference is the staff - they are professional, polite and absolutely invested in you. I could not recommend a place more. The hotel is very new and well-furnished. The room is spacious and clean. Staff in general is friendly and helpful. However, there is nothing next to the hotel and the only public transportation available is MRT. If you are going to the Siam district, you need some time to to grab a taxi as the distance is short. There is a 7-11 opposite to the hotel, but I couldn't find the way to go there อ่านต่อ

Not really near BTS station so if you're doing shopping along BTS station, it might be not so convenient. But it's near metro station, so it's a plus anyways. And it's also near Airport Link. All the staff were very nice and friendly. อ่านต่อ
