This hotel has excellent services, excellent cleaning, and staff are very impressed. The hotel is not far from the airport, only 20 minutes. Villa style is contemporary and with full facilities. Especially, I really love their beautiful restaurants, good taste and not expensive. I can say that I made the right decision to stay here, room rates and food costs are reasonable. The villa is in a secluded part of an already secluded island. The place is designed for couples on a honeymoon or anniversary. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this place to everyone. This place exceed my expectations in every aspect. This was truly a luxury resort. I only wish we stayed longer. Hopefully one day I can go back.อ่านต่อ

Spacious, quiet, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet.
Our villa one of the room air cond is not cold enough but they fix it next day.
The sink also the stopper can't removed but they fix it also next day.
The pool as a little small.

去Ozone Villa Phuket感覺唔錯,泳池好靚,但玩水後沖涼時沒有熱水,之後致電Reception,前後來修理三次都沒有修理好,最後我想換房間,但Ozone 表示當晚已經FULL ,但是我沒有熱水怎樣沖涼....之後Ozone Staff 帶我們去一間一樣的房間沖涼!我問STAFF 為什麼不和我換房間,STAFF 答我明天有客人訂了,最後Ozone Staff給我們換房間但由於我加了床,今晚如果換房就沒有加床,我只好在明日早餐後更換房間,安排令我好失望,早餐非常差,我未試過食中式早餐....อ่านต่อ
