Strategic location, not too near the busy bangla road, nearby halal food options, just opposite the hotel, you can find really nice kebabs and cheap street shopping. About 3 to 5mins walk to Jungceylon mall and 15mins to Patong beach.
Stayed in superior room, spacious, but they do not have bedroom slippers. Everything else is good and clean. Noisy neighbours could be heard, so depends on which season you choose to stay. A little bit pricey due to high season. Overall, a good option for short 3 to 4 nights' stay, or more.อ่านต่อ

Our second time at the gig. Very enjoyable. Hotel requires a 1000 baht deposit at checkin so be aware. Reception staff very welcoming and friendly especially pop and kun. Stayed on 5th floor. Room cleaning was exceptional, never missed out. We love the location close to banzaan market and jungceylon. Also bangla road. Swimming pool, sauna, gym if you want to use. Rooftop bar is pleasant in the evening.made a great hamburger for us on our last night. We enjoy the balcony, tea and coffee making facilities. Room safe, toiletries. All good. It meets all my requirement of a 5 star hotel. So for it to be just 4 star, it exceeds my expectations to be honest. The room was cleaned daily, even for bedsheets and pillow cover. Great pool with a nice view of phuket. Literally right in front of Bangla Road and next to a big shopping mall and the new Central Mall. Fantastic location for both families and party goers.
Breakfast was not up to expectation, expected at least a Thai dish from selection but there was none. Skip breakfast unless you don't mind just bread, omelettes and fruits.
Only glitch is that the door's mechanism died on us at 1am when we're tired from our day. Had to wait almost an hour for the crew to manually open the door and swapped in new batteries for it. As always, the crew was professional and polite in handling the situation.

The rooftop pool itself is very nice and it's even more beautiful when you can overlook the surrounding scenery, especially watching the sunset while cooling the body in the water. Very good location, only within minutes walk to Bangla road, Patong beach and Junceylon shopping centre. And it's not noisy at all, very quiet at night indeed. I booked this hotel for extra nights as this was the best hotel, I didn't need to look for anything else. I had the room with sea view and was very relaxing drinking from the balcony.

I was traveling with children,rooms are clean but no facilities in the room,no sofa or chair,no sleeper,i asked from house keeping but they said we don't provide iron and sleeper. That means only rooms with toilet.One broken glass was kept in our room and they asked to charge for 2 glasses,at the end they realized but charged 100 THB for a glass which did not worth more then 20 THB,Very rude staff. This place is near everything.. Mall, Bars, Restaurant, Street Food stalls, main road and you can walk to Patong beach. This is also near the best currency exchange shops. Simply the best.

The front desk staff is super friendly. The guy who carry’s your bags from the taxi to your room is super nice and very helpful. The Gig is a hidden gem in Phuket. The location is very close to Patong Beach (2 minute walk), the pool on the roof top is peaceful and you get a great view of Phuket. The gym is a little on the small side but it gets the job done. Each room has a MODERN easy to use and set safe in the room. This is the only hotel I stay at when I am in Phuket because I feel very welcomed, safe... and the location is PERFECT!อ่านต่อ
