We loved it there, great location opposite Rawaibeach. The apartment was new, clean and the owner has thought of everything. From dressing gown and slippers to free snacks etc frim the mini bar. All toiletries you could possibly need. There was a mobile phone to contact them if needed, which we didn’t. The pools were lovely too. Definitely would go again. Gave 3 star for staff because we didn’t see them or need them. Thank you for a great stay. อ่านต่อ

Comfortable bed, gorgeous pool, great kitchen, lots of amenities included. Just across the street from a beach but not a swimmable Beach. Good access to public transportation to get to beaches and active nightlife. Lots of Russians. Some signs only in Russian 😉 อ่านต่อ

It’s difficult to find a place where everything is so perfect and definitely KR beach Condotel is one of them. Kanjanong , the owner pays attention to every single detail (snacks, coffee, water, free wifi connection), so you feel at home. Better than some 5 stars hotels we have been. Cleaning lady was lovely and came every day, the apartment was super clean. Swimming pools and gym are nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. Nearby you have lot of restaurants, convenience stores and you can also train muay thai (fighters club is amazing). I would recommend this place with no hesitation อ่านต่อ

We stayed for 11 nights and did not want to leave . We stayed in the one bed suite which was spotless and felt like home from home . Our cleaner was lovely. Fresh towels every day , fresh bed linen .The owner had thought of everything could not find fault will definitely look at coming back อ่านต่อ

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the room! Extremely spacious (a one bedroom apartment, basically), well-furnished, and had a nice balcony. The room was clean upon arrival, and someone came by every day to clean it. They provided water bottles and snacks, too; a nice touch. The only issue we had with the room was that the shower drain was a bit clogged; probably just an issue with our particular unit at the time. Otherwise, we had no complaints about the space. There are multiple pools outside and they were all very nice and clean. We had no issues with noise. The grounds are very well-kept and makes the space feel secluded, despite being off a busy road across from the beach. The staff wasn't stellar, but they weren't unfriendly. I would recommend this place. The room is fantastic, bed is wonderful and this is our 2nd time staying here . the owner is very very nice , there are 3 swimming pools , parking , a lot of local sea foods restaurant, Salad bars and massage place called "Sabai massage " was awesome . This Condotel is clean and tidy. Rooms,Pools and Sauna are clean. House maid cleans everyday even some rooms without guests. Every staffs are very helpful and polite with their smiles. Especially manger Mr.Kanjanong , who concerns every details with care. We had our peaceful moments during our stays. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, along Rawai Beach, also a seafood market near pier (15 minutes walk distance). Of course, Promthep Cape is in a MUST go list, we enjoyed our afternoon there (5 mins drive distance) อ่านต่อ

Very good for value. There is a supermarket nearby and we cooked at our room. There are a shuttle bus to Nai Harn Beach two times a day at 2016 summer. The room is very clean and new. We will live here again, thank you for our good memory. อ่านต่อ

My first stop was ko surin & I came late around 11pm. New phase 3 has a 24 hours check in service. It is very thoughful that there is a welcome basket of minibar of snack and a decent coffee maker with capsule which make me feel owner/ management of property is very caring. The owner of the property that I stayed was thoughtful in texting me whether I needed any help. Room cleaning on daily basis and bed is well made. Nothing to complain! อ่านต่อ

I loved the place! Owners made me feel really welcome, they took good care of me through the whole stay. There were compliment water (as much as you could use), snacks, coffee capsules (filled every day) and daily cleaning (which I actually didn't even use every day). It's brand new, clean, nicely decorated and there's three pool in the garden. If you need anything at all during your stay you can easily communicate with the owners through the email or a mobile in a room. There's also a 24-hours reception where I for example rented a scooter. Everybody in The Title KR are really helpful and made me feel like home<3 My special thanks to Kanjanong K. The swimming pool was clean. The water in the pool was very nice and clean. All the crew at the hotel seems to know what you want to do or where you want to go even before you decide to. And very kind and helful. They try really hard to make you happy. And they allowed us to check out late till midnighr for free. The Room was luxurious and the bath product as well. They provide almost limitless drinking water and nice minibar for free. It was great holiday because of this place. อ่านต่อ
