ทุกอย่างถูกใจหมด ยกเว้นวันที่จะเช็คเอ้าที่ต้องรอพนักงานมารับ นัด 10.30 น. พนักงานมา 11.00 น.คือรอนามาก ต้องเช็คอิน 12.30 น. แล้วการเดินทางจากที่พักไปสนามบินก็ไกลมาก คือต้องโทรถามเป็นสามสี่รอบก็ได้แต่บอกว่าจะตามให้ อันนี้คือเสียมาก ประทับทุกอย่างแต่มาเสียตอนจบ วิวสวย ที่พักสวย อาหารอร่อย แต่การให้ความสนใจลูกค้ากับการบริการควรปรับปรุงหน่อยนะค่ะ อ่านต่อ

ส่วนตัวเข้าพักวันที่ 30 ธ.ค. 61 - 1 ม.ค. 62 (ช่วงไฮ) ได้ห้อง E201 ห้องพักต้องขับรถขึ้นไปอีก ทางค่อนข้างชัน *หากมีผู้สูงอายุพักด้วยอาจลำบากหน่อย* - ข้อดี 1. วิวสวย ภายในห้อง(บางส่วน)สะอาด ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่ โปร่ง โล่ง สบาย 2.ไม่ไกลจากป่าตอง และสถานที่อื่นๆบางที่ ที่เป็นจุดสำคัญ 3. แม่บ้านบริการดี ทำความสะอาดทุกวัน 4. สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด และไม่ลึกมาก (ไม่มีสระเด็กเล็ก) - ข้อเสีย 1. ห้องพักขาดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกคือชุดเครื่องครัว • เราต้องโทรบอกให้ทางล้อบบี้นำขึ้นมาให้ พนักงานนำขึ้นมาให้ยกมาเป็นกล่องใหญ่ๆเลย แค่นั้นแหละ ไม่มีการนำออกมากจัดวางให้ใดๆทั้งสิ้น มีหน้าที่แค่ยกมาให้ ส่วนที่เหลือจัดการเองจ้า เยี่ยม! 2. *****ประตูกระจกในห้องน้ำ อีก 1 บานหลุดไป ส่งผลให้เวลาอาบน้ำน้ำก็เลอะ กระเด็นออกมา ทำให้พื้นรอบๆเปียกต้องคอยเช็ดทุกครั้งที่อาบเสร็จ เพราะกลัวลื่น****** 3. ทั้งห้องมีผ้าเช็ดตัวแค่ 2 ผืน😮 เสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำ ผ้าเช็ดหน้า เช็ดผม ไม่มีนะคะ • โทรบอกทางล้อบบี้อีก สรุปได้แค่เสื้อคลุมจ้า! 4. พนักงานควรมีความรู้รอบตัวมากกว่านี้ ถามอะไรไม่ค่อยรู่เรื่อง ตอบไม่ค่อยได้ บอกแต่ไม่แน่ใจนะคะ😪 5. ป้ายบอกโรงแรมไม่มี ต้องเข้าในซอยก่อนถึงจะเจอนี่ขนาดเรียกคนในพื้นที่ไปส่งยังไปไม่ค่อยจะถูก **ตอนนี้โรงแรมอยู่ในช่วงต่อเติม ทางเข้าทางเก่าถูกปิด ควรทำป้ายบอก และเอาป้ายเก่าออก** • พี่คนขับต้องขับถามชาวบ้านไปเรื่อยๆ เซ็งมาก🤜🏻 - ความเห็นส่วนตัว # ส่วนตัวคิดว่าราคาสูงไป เมื่อเทียบกับห้องพักและการบริการ # ทางโรงแรมควรเตรียมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เพื่อให้พร้อมสำหรับการเข้าพักมากกว่านี้ # เสียเงินมาพักก็อยากได้รับความสะดวกสบาย และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เรื่องเล็กๆที่คุณมองข้าม มันอาจส่งผลเสียต่อความรู้สึกผู้เข้าพัก หากได้อ่านและนำไปปรับปรุง จักขอบคุณยิ่ง อ่านต่อ

เสียอย่างเดียว ทัวร์ คนจีน เยอะไปหน่อยพูดกัน เสียงดัง มาก นอนไม่หลับ พนักานดูแลเอาใจใส่ดี แต่มีพนักงาน ส่วนมาก ไม่มีมารยาท จาดการอบรม พนักงานงานชาย ก็ไม่มีมารยาท พูดไม่เพราะ พนักงานหญิงบางคน ไร้มารยาท มีที่ไหน มาสักถาม แขกเขาพัก ถามเรื่องส่วนตัว สักถาม อยากรู้อยากเห็น อาหาร อร่อย ค่ะ อาหารเข้าเยอะ มาก มีใหเลือก หลากหลาย โรงแรม สิที่ควรปรับปรุงคือ มารยาท ของ พนักงาน อ่านต่อ

ห้องวิวดีเป็นทางเข้าสระน้ำและเห็นวิวทะเล แต่ที่พักไม่ได้ติดทะเล อยู่บนเขามีรถค่อยรับส่งระหว่างห้องพักและที่จอดรถ มีค่ามัดจำก่อนเข้าพักห้องละ1พัน อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้ สระว่ายน้ำส่วนกลางของโรงแรมสวยดี แต่มีบางส่วนที่ยังกำลังก่อสร้างอยู่ รวมๆถือว่าราคาเหมาะสมกับคุณภาพ อ่านต่อ

Love the pool outside the room. The service and attentive to our needs were great. Staff at breakfast and in the restaurant were wonderful and the food was great. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Patong. อ่านต่อ

Firstly the location, it’s out of the way from central Patong however here are shuttle buses (more on this later) and I did walk to local shops/market in the day but it’s hard work in the heat with the hills. Rooms, these are fantastic, spacious and new with infinity pools to each block. We had a pool room (ground) which was great for us and the kids. We had 2 sun loungers and a table and umbrella. Rooms had sofa bed, good for kids not sure adults would like them. Large Fridge with mini bar, tv, shower, ample wardrobe space. Not sure how you’d go on if you had an upper room with no pool access. The part for me which confirmed the hotel wasn’t established was the language, English language wasn’t great from staff, appreciate this was Thailand but I’ve never come across a hotel where staff don’t speak adequate English, this lead to mix ups with shittle booking which was far from a smooth operation but didn’t impact greatly. Pros: Room was very good for us Location is close to Patong Beach Area Cons: No common pool available for such a big property Breakfast is poor The service is the big let down as the staff are bit ignorant. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay as we did not expect much from the resort. We knew the cons before we arrived and were well prepared. The lack of service did not affect our stay much, as we knew how to enjoy ourselves in Phuket as this was our 5th visit. We just experiment with new properties. Will not recommend this property to anyone unless the Customer Service improves and all the amenities are available. อ่านต่อ

The only downfall to this hotel was that it is not stated on the booking that £100 = 800 baht was required for a deposit. I do understand a deposit needed but it wasn’t expected on the spot to be taken. Apart from that the hotel was in a great location and was sparkling clean. If you get a jacuzzi room, just note it takes forever to fill up! They didn’t tell me at first but the hot tub needs to be filled with cold water first and then hot water at the end otherwise you will end up with a tub full of cold water. You don’t have to get a motorbike but it is recommended if you want to see more of the local area as the free shuttle provided by the hotel comes like every 2 hours. You can order food from the restaurant to your room which is also a great bonus! อ่านต่อ

We enjoyed the jacuzzi room. Hotel only has one food outlet with a very limited menu overlooking construction site. Require a shuttle bus to get to room and limited shuttle service to the town and a 300 baht taxi ride back as it stops at 8.30pm. Our room included breakfast which you can have in your room for a additional 100baht. On the 3rd morning it didn’t appear, brought this to receptions attention and 4th morning it failed to appear again. To add insult to injury on checking out, the hotel queried me about a missing tea spoon - must have been gathered up when I washed up our room service dinner one night - furthermore the porter offered no assistance to carry our 4 bags down 2 flights of stairs nor helped loading into the shuttle truck. I was lucky enough to get to stay in this hotel after a terrible stay at a hotel earlier (Andatel Grande hotel Patong). Patong Bay hill has been the best i have stayed anywhere in phuket or south east asia probably (for the price ) and the view from the hotel is amazing. Its located on a very quiet hill away from the noise and lights of patong, Far not yet far. Perhaps 15 to 20 mins by walk. transport is not an issue at all as they provide free shuttle back and forth. Breakfast was awesome enjoyed it.the view from my pool access room was defintely the best one can get in phuket. service was excellent as well. they even provide complimentary cocktail drinks as well and also some nice fruits. fast check in / check out and excellent service by the local and russian receptionists there. wish the price was a bit lower other than that highly recommended will definitely stay again. อ่านต่อ
