This resort is quite expensive. However, the service here is just great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxed and cool. The restaurant is really good. There are some great dishes to try and really good drinks. The beach in front of the resort is amazing. It's brilliant for snorkeling, swimming and for long walks.อ่านต่อ

For our stay of 5 nights (which was part of our 3 weeks backpacking Thailand), we used Medee beach for our Buddhist monk wedding ceremony blessing to start our travels...
Hotel is quiet, clean, lush garden cottages and great breakfast included in our package.
Didn't eat here apart from breakfast as we rented a moped from them (300thb per day for 4 days)... And travelled the island checking all the beaches , villages and other resorts.... However didn't think the hotel food looked expensive , but obviously more than the Thai street food and small places to eat....
So .... If you are looking for a modern clean but relaxed and definately off the beaten track hotel , look no further ....
Lots of the other hotels.looked run down and dated compared to Medee......
And mention re the staff ...

My boyfriend and I stayed there in September 2017 and we loved it! The rooms were really clean and beautiful, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful (big thanks to the staff at this point :)!). The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island (and we went to see many beaches). There is a small supermarket nearby as well as a nice spot to see the sunset. You can rent motorbikes and kayaks directly from the hotel. I highly recommend this place and would stay there anytime again!อ่านต่อ

The hotel is a charming small hotel (11-12 bungalows) right on a beautiful beach in Koh Kood. The bungalows are set in a lush garden, nicely furbished and clean, with big bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff is extremely helpful. Good breakfast with 1-2 local dishes and the usual western food. Hotel restaurant is very good too on a reasonable price, excellent for dinners right next to the beach. The whole island is very remote, the hotel too, which means that you have to rent a scooter to get to other restaurants or visit other places. Great location at a beautiful beach. Bungalows are modern and clean. The working staff is nice and helpful. The management however shows little interest in their guests and zero flexibility. Profit counts much more to them than customer needs:
1. We had no breakfast booked. The resort asked THB 500 per person per breakfast. Nobody there to negotiate - at a resort of this class, there must ALWAYS be someone who can decide!
So, EVERY day we went to the neighbor resort and enjoyed a rich breakfast at THB200 per person.
2. We wanted to rent a taxi to explore the island. Management told us we need to reserve 1 day ahead, and today they had only 1 car at 3pm . At the neighbor resort we could come any time, just need to inform 20min before we want the taxi.
3. Food in the restaurant is very good just the portions are so small it is never enough.
4. No sticky rice with mango. Excuse: Not mango season, mangos don't taste. EVERY other resort on the beach had great mangos though...อ่านต่อ

The cottage has been very well built with quality materials however a few things are lacking. Firstly, there is no cable TV only Thai TV and France 24 in English. Swimming in the sea is sometimes not possible and if the weather is bad, you can only read for a certain time. Suggest the hotel puts in DVD's in the room and DVD library in the reception. There are noi shelves to put clothes, we lived from out suitcases. There is no chair in the room. No towel rail to hang wet swimmers or swim towels. No swimming pool but can use next door hotel's pool but have to pay Bt150 per day per person. I think our hotel should pay for this especially as the sea is often too rough to swim. Staff are very helpful and do what they can to assist. I would stay here again if they put in the DVD's and other things.อ่านต่อ
