We spent 4 nights in this modern and perfect place overlooking Kata Beach. The pool infinity pool awesome and with the complementary shuttle we were fast at the beach and back at the hotel.อ่านต่อ

Amazing view from each apartment and very helpful staff. Shuttle service from/to the resort is flexible - however there is just one vehicle that does the loop.
We booked a 3bedroom apartment (Dream Suite) but resort had allocated 2 bedroom apartment - apparently a system glitch. However Agoda Customer Service was prompt to assist in sorting the issue. Our apartment was close to the café /pool so access was convenient, however given the proximity, sounds from the café/pool carried easily. On our first night of stay, there was a pool party that went beyond midnight and we could feel the beats in the apartment! We were told loud music till that late is not a regular thing and indeed we had some peaceful sleep for the rest of our stay.
The apartment was spacious and housekeeping service is available daily. There is no phone in the apartment so for anything one has to a go to reception or café. Bathroom drains have persistent foul smell.อ่านต่อ

One lacking is total absence of trays (usually affixed to the wall) to place the bathing materials in the bath area. Resulting in the need for user to place shampoo bottles or soap bars on the floor and kneel down to retrieve them.อ่านต่อ

The location was quite weird and I've never seen that rapid hill going up to the hotel. Some taxi drivers rejected us to take up to the hotel. But hoteltransportation going two nearby beach service was good for us to saving money as phuket taxi is pricy.
We were really pleasant to stay here and it was really peaceful when we see the very nice ocean view.
For the service aspect, it seems that some ppl are living here, or staying for a long term. So I advice you that don't expect the same service like hotel. Breakfast got limited menu and tooks some times to get it. But you will not get bored with the nice view on the top of the hill.อ่านต่อ

Amazing view, extremely clean, really lovely pool and the bathroom facilities were especially excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The long distance from the beach is balanced by having a free shuttle service. At reception there is a relaxing bar and pool with sensational view over Kata Beach. The only minus was that the hill up to the hotel is so steep that any tour we booked would ask us to wait on the street at the bottom rather than collect us from the reception area (not nice at 7am waiting on a narrow sidewalk by a busy road with kids). And tuktuks can’t get up there!!อ่านต่อ

There was a shuttle (kata,katong) area to and from the view. The staff were nice and accommodating, most specially to the receptionist. Hope to improve on the bar/food menu the next time we go back.:)อ่านต่อ

Nice view. Location however makes it difficult to access as I was driving. Really steep road. For elderly to walk to apartment will be difficult as it involves a fair bit of stair climbing. Wife tried to get breakfast menu but staff told her that since it was raining heavily, they could only get American Breakfast.อ่านต่อ

Cons. It's an expensive place but the room Furnitures are poor quality like the bedroom doors. One is hardly slidable and one is unlockable. One shower floor with water won't drain out and first time washing machine use led to a flooded unit. No hanging rails, have to dry all clothes on chairs. No coffee or tea compliments in room only bottled water. Most unbelievable is there's no telephone in the unit for you to call the reception! Now let's talk about the driveway. The road lead to the hotel is the deepest one I've ever seen. Walking up is something harder than walking on the street a whole day. Not every car can drive up to the hotel so keep in mind if you rent a car or book a taxi by yourself, you may be need to get down to the bottom of the hill first to catch it.
Pros. Fantastic view face the west coast. Staff members are nice although not many of them speak English. Complimentary shuttle bus to kata and Karon area which is a remedy to their deep driveway. Amazing poolอ่านต่อ

The only problem was just they don't have food, just breakfast. And sometimes no tuktuk or taxi would want to take us going to our place because it's up the hill. But overall everything was great, and the staff very accommodating. We are planning to go back and stay here with the whole family.อ่านต่อ

Whilst the apartment was stunning with an awesome view of Kata Bay there is still a lot of work to be done to make this a good resort to visit. The access to the apartments is EXTREMELY steep and it was definitely not for the faint hearted. To walk down to the town (which you needed to do to buy provisions) was fine but the return journey nearly always necessitated getting a taxi - which added to the overall cost of staying at the apartment. We felt almost apologetic when asking the taxi driver to take us there. many of the tuk-tuk drivers simply said 'no'. There was no atmosphere in the resort itself as many of the apartments are still unfinished. The bar area was empty. There was also ongoing issues with a persistent small coming from the drains in the main ensuite bathroom. It was very unpleasant indeed. The staff wanted to be helpful but their lack of English - to cater for a wide international market - could be greatly improved.อ่านต่อ

Really an amazing place with one of the best views of the Kata area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and at the end of every day we still all came back to relax in the pool and enjoy the view and sunset. Staff we very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were relatively new and well equipped. The road leading up to the accommodation is extremely steep. Our hire cars barely made it up there. There is still quite a bit of construction but doesn't really disturb us. Has yet to setup their restaurant but we managed to order food up from the town which was delivered to the pool area. Overall a fantastic place which I would highly recommend.อ่านต่อ
