Budget hotel. Nice spacious rooms, very polite staff and those are the only positives Limited breakfast options. Away from the high street. Chinese tourists turn up in large groups round the clock causing a lot of inconvenience to other guests by crowding the lobby, scrambling for breakfast, walking out of the pool without drying messing up the floors and elevator. This is very bad place... in all aspects. Hospitality- friendliness of the front office and restaurant staff. Housekeeping staff was good
Cleanliness- there were only 2 staff serving breakfast in the restaurant. They clean the table with dirty cloth and serve the bread, fruits etc.. without washing their hands. All over flies in food
Housekeeping staff clean the room everyday and really did a great job.อ่านต่อ

from this location very hard to get around unless you have a car . The staff is friendly but not professional . The seemed very confused with my reservation and then they charged me twice . My check in experience was not the best,อ่านต่อ
