ห้องพักกว้าง ที่นอนนุ่มหลับสบาย ใหม่สะอาดโรงแรมใหม่ ห้องพักขนาดกว้างขวาง เตียงใหญ่นอนได้ 3 คนสบายๆ เครื่องนอนมีคุณภาพ มีปลั๊กให้สามารถต่อชาร์ทอุปกรณ์ส่วนตัวถึง 9 จุด สัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ทเพียงพอวัดความเร็วได้ 15Mb ทำเลมีความเงียบสงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน อาหารเช้าแม้จะยังไม่หลากหลายแต่มีคุณภาพ
โดยรวมถือเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมาก มีความคุ้มค่าต่อราคา เกินความคาดหวัง พนักงานน่ารักมีความสุภาพ อ่านต่อ
For their problem of wechat paying, no reason of fail of payment may occur later even your wechat toldyou your payment was successful. They will ask you to transfer via bank , or come back to pay again. This problem has totally destroyed two days of my seven-day national holiday and it’s still not fixed.

Spent 4 days here. a great rate. Good if your just looking to chill and have booked pick up tours to and from here while staying.
Be prepared to pay for a taxi or rent a moto. They advertise a free shuttle service which is no longer active. Free bicycles for hire are in horrible condition because no body uses them.
Decent pool. Breakfast needs some work. As does the lady who(I think) is second in charge at the desk, you need to change your attitude.
Bring back your free shuttle service, perhaps make it paid. You'll pull in more people this way. Perhaps to Central festival then to Phuket town. Then back.
Improve your breakfast for westerners.

Big bed, great street door signage display, next to big big massage center and good day hotel. Check in process abit long but still manageable. hot bathing water, no bath tub. next to the expensive suit hotel, under same company. outside to hang wet clothing. 1.5m height standing alone refrigerate. got umbrella, shoe, and a basket for shopping (Chargeable if take home) อ่านต่อ

I and my friend, at fisrt time in Phuket, stayed here for business trip last week, their staffs were very friendly and very helpful with many suggestion of things to see and interesting places especially some local restaurants in Phuket Town you could drive from this nice place by 10-15 minutes. The room was not fancy but they are exceptionally clean and comfortable and very very value for money. They provided free WIFI, fitness center and great wellness spa nearby. First they say they have airport pick up so I put the request and when I got there, no one waiting...
Next I asked them to call a taxi, it came one hour later, so I lost my appointment.
When it came I thought to go to the Mall, so it was hugely overpriced, they charged my hotel bill with 650 THB... For couple of kilometers and they charge 800 during the night and you get the news on check-out only.
Then the housekeepers have every day a slamming door competition. Also a nice buzzer from the open doors that they beep like an old alarm clock 🕒 :(
The hotel caters for the low price Chinese market and I don't get it how they got 4 stars. Maximum 3. The room size is bogus and Agoda should check maybe. I booked deluxe, seemed more like spartan.
Anyway, it's a good idea to avoid and get something up to the 4 stars ✨ standards. อ่านต่อ
