The property is beautiful, that’s for sure. But I personally felt it was overpriced. The food was expensive and quite average, the hotel attracts a lot of families so not really ideal if you’re a couple of solo traveller looking to relax. I stayed 5 days at this place. Most things are perfect, delicious food, private beach, calm and peaceful garden and villa. But on thing hurt my great experience badly. We only stayed for one night and came around 7pm. Surin is considerate enough to allow us a late check out so that we can spend the whole day enjoying the food, beach and magnificent view. We have visited Patong beach, Bantao beach and Surin beach and Surin is definitely the best of all. In fact, Amanpuri used our beach and facilities. We will certainly come back and staying longer. Thanks for the flower arrangement for our honeymoon. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel! The hotel has a private beach and beach restaurant. We had our dinner in the beach restaurant as well, price was decent (<USD50 per pax) and we have nice beach view (tip: pls book in advance if you want a nice spot). Pros: Nice room design, Nice pool, Nice beach bar, Nice breakfast place & options. Cons: (i) too many stairs, not good for older people (but they do have buggy car to send you to the room, but still need to walk abit here n there). (ii) for daily free activities, suggest to increase the limit of pax, quite limited and i didnt get to enjoy any of those.อ่านต่อ

Since the renovation the place the rooms are safe and luxurious in all the right places. Big comfortable beds, spacious dressing areas, lounge areas and bathroom. Food, staff and gym all excellent. The beach is the icing on the cake. We will be back.อ่านต่อ

Lovely romantic beach resort on one of the most beautiful private beaches of phuket.
We were lucky enough to stay in one of the beach villas, which are spacious, beautifully laid out and offering all the necessary comforts. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is huge. Mini bar is complimentary which gave us a very relaxed feel. Gym is good, spa is wonderful. Beach is clean and water is clear.

Have been there a few times already and as usual everything was to great satisfaction. The staff was really attentive and friendly. Thanks a lot to the team for all the arrangements! (even though we couldn't do the candle light dinner due to weather conditions) the staff still made an effort to make it a memorable experience.
The rooms might need some interior design upgrade but the hotel in general is still very charming, which one of the best beaches in Thailand. We will definitely come back soon!

I've been to many hotels in my life, and this is by far one of the best beach hotels you can possibly stay it. It is really unique. Yes, it can be a bit expensive but you sure won't regret it once you are at the hotel.
I often come during the rainy season (this was my third visit), as rain or shine, its a wonderful place to be.
The GM, Claude, has made subtle changes for the better over the past two years and you can feel that the staff at the hotel love working there under him.
I've stayed in three different types of rooms at the hotel, but I'd never go book anything other than beach cottages again. They are superb and it's wonderful being beside the ocean. The waves lull me to sleep and its perfect for access for an early morning or evening walk.
The Surin Phuket think of everything. All you need is your swim suit, something fresh and nice to wear for dinner and a big fat smile.

We went with our 3 kids and they had a great time at the hotel and didn't want to go outside for activities since every thing was available at the beach for free i.e. surf boards, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boards, canoes and a hobby catamaran on offer. ..etc. rooms are specious and have all amenities. Lots of stairs, had stiffness in my legs the first few days :) eventually got used to it. Will go back for sure.อ่านต่อ
