ไม่มีเป็นโรงแรมเก่า สภาพบริเวณโดยรอบ ขาดการปรับปรุง ห้องพักเริ่มทรุดโทรม ห้องน้ำมีรอยรั่วซึม รอบๆอาคารขาดการดูแล ด้านความปลอดภัยดูน่ากลัว ใครจะเดินเข้าออกก็ได้ ไม่มีระบบตรวจสอบ ไม่มีพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย บริเวณห้องอาหารค่อนข้างเก่า การจัดโต็ะไม่ค่อยสวยงาม ราคาที่พัก แพงเกินสภาพห้องพัก เวลาเช็คเอ้าส์ต้องเที่ยงตรง หากเกินจะต้องเสียเงินเพิ่มอีกชั่วโมงละหนึ่งร้อยบาท (ได้เคยโทรมาขอว่าขอเกินเวลานิดหน่อยได้หรือไม่ พนักงานบอกว่าได้ไม่เกินครึ่งชั่วโมง คือไม่เกิน 12.30 น. บังเอิญ เดินออกมาถึงเคาส์เตอร์ 12.40 พนักงานบอกเกินเวลามา 40 นาที ต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม 100 บาท คุยอย่างไรก็ไม่ยอม) แต่เราก็เกินเวลาจริงๆ เลยจ่ายไป 100บาท ไม่ได้เสียดายเงิน แต่เสียความรู้สึก เหมือนทางโรงแรมไม่ต้องการรักษาลูกค้า อยากพักก็มาไม่อยากก็เรื่องของคุณ ( เคยพักที่อื่น โทรมาถามว่าเกินเวลาคิดอย่างไร เขาตอบว่าจะออกเวลาไหน บอกว่าบ่ายสาม เขาบอกได้ไม่คิดราคาเพิ่ม ) ที่ 13 เหรียญ ดูเหมือนจะเลิกกิจการ ไม่ค่อยสนใจลูกค้า อ่านต่อ

The staff were helpful and the restaurant was OK but I cannot think of anything else nice to say.This hotel is truly dreadful at best and at worse, dangerous. The air conditioning was extremely noisy and the gaps around the door let mosquitoes into the room leaving us both with swollen limbs in the morning. There were holes in the thread bare sheets, large scabs of rust around the bath and extensive black mould to grout and seals around the bath. The light fittings were hanging off and appeared unsafe. The electrical meter box protrudes out from the wall by a good 300mm at head height right outside the bathroom. I did knock myself out on this. Fast check-in and check-out; free wi-fi and Internet in the lobby; some nightlife nearby The correct number is the alternative one found on the hotel's own Website. The location is much farther out than I expected, quite isolated in a little urbanized area, hard to reach with public transport. The first room I was assigned was not so clean, clearly in need of repainting, the toilet board almost falling out. I asked and obtained another room which was better. Decor and furniture are old but still good. Toilet appliances are obsolete and not 100% functional, need renewing. Both rooms had only one rather small window. The A/C was working but too much noisy even at its lowest. There is no wi-fi in the room, although at the reception they claim that it is "coming and going". There is no cable TV, either. Meaning: only 2 or 3 local channels available, nothing in foreign languages. The street or soi where the hotel is located, doesn't look like a residential one. There are shops and restaurants and bars , where I saw only Thai customers at night. I saw also one luxury massage parlor a few hundred meters up the road, left after exiting the hotel. Little options for a cheap meal in the evening, although I did find one noodles stall open. The hotel kitchen is open 24 hours, as they claim, but you would have to do with their prices. At 2 am I was awaken by a loud car-racing sound, maybe coming from the nearby highway (?). It lasted several minutes and there were loud blows, too. At around the same time I heard loud voices and singing coming from within the hotel's compound. There was no breakfast buffet. I was given a choice of 4 different American breakfast variations, without any fresh products at all, not even milk or orange juice. I had to wait quite long for it and it was very common, with bad coffee. Due to all of the above, the hotel is clearly overpriced in my opinion. restaurantold Have stayed at the 13 Coins chain of hotels before and like the restaurants that they all have and the middle road style of accommodation which represent good value for money. This is not the best 13 Coins I've stayed in. Room was 'tired' and the whole block looked like it needed an overhaul. The hotel was presented online as "near the airport" but a 45 minute drive later and the cost of the taxi I'd have been better at a more expensive hotel nearer the airport for less. Included buffet breakfast good.Was noisy at night- but that is nature of PattayaGood value-- new hotel-- traffic light for Jan in Pattaya- economy plus recent political unrest closure of airport. 建物はちょっと古いけど中庭は南国風で 値段の割りに部屋もそれなりに行き届いていました。 また親切に対応して頂きサービスも満足でした。 なしバンコク到着が深夜だったため、チェックインが午前１時過ぎになってしまいましたが、親切に対応して頂きました。食事もとっていなかったのですが、オーダーＯＫとの事でおいしい料理を食べる事ができました。 チェックアウトは正午なのでゆっくりくつろぐ事もでき、 良い時間を過ごせました。 อ่านต่อ

ない説明が悪い。送迎についてきちんと説明して欲しい。空港までの距離が片道30分以上かかるのになぜ空港周辺エリアになっているのか謎です。 渋滞時ではなくて深夜到着でそれだけ時間がかかる事が分かっていたなら別の選択肢をしていました。 部屋は清潔度もこの値段なら満足です。 しかし、案内で書かれていた無線インターネットが部屋で使う事が出来ずガッカリしました。 しかし、送迎代が高すぎます。400B請求されました。結局、交渉して300Bになりました。 わたしは空港への送迎も込みということで600Bを支払ったのですが、 タクシーは別料金という説明を受けていなかったためタクシーの運転手とトラブルになり あやうく飛行機に乗り遅れるところでした。 不親切な案内と送迎料金、そして空港までのロケーションを考えると二度と使いたくないです。 อ่านต่อ

Riendès l'arrivée, la réceptionniste a trouvé le montant payé trop bas...accueil plutot froid. la chambre est propre mais vétuste. on y accède en traversant un jardin mal entretenu, sous la pluie. la pomme de douche est arrachée donc on se lave au jet! climatisation assourdissante: boules quiès indispensables! le restaurant est correct. อ่านต่อ

personnel de l'hôtel très accueillant et serviableloin de l'aéroport et du centre villetrès bon rapport qualité prix mais éloigné du centre ville et des commerces, le personnel est très serviable et accueillant, on n'est pas dans un palace mais le prix n'est pas celui d'un palace non plus!! idéal pour passer une nuit ou deux en étape pour visiter d'autres endroits de la thailande merci et félicitation pour le service et la facilité qu'offre agoda อ่านต่อ

Connection internet gratuitesFacade de l'hotel defraichi.Jardin et parc pas trop soigne.En resume,l'hotel est trop loin du centre ville.Les taxis de l'aeroport ne le connaisses pas Il vous demande !000 bats pour y acceder et tourne en rond pendand une demi-heue.Le lendemain vous en reprenez un autre pour Kaosan et vous repaye 300 bats alor que la course depuis l'aeroport coute 140 bats pour kaosan et vous y trouve des hotels de meme categorie meilleure marche อ่านต่อ
