Quite good place to relax. Great location. Not friendly staff but they just need more time to sure that your are a good person;) nice villas and bid terrace in deluxe rooms. So-so breakfast but ok..pore restaurant menu to me course I don’t eat meat...generally my stay was really pleasant and i’ll come back for sure👍อ่านต่อ

Wonderful planning for my marriage proposal with my girl friend in the private beach. The room service and the staffs including drivers are much kindly and explain a lot the environmental of Samui to us, that would made us cannot be forgot them and the stunning island at Koh Samui.

Beautiful hotel - located a little away from the center but still walkable (around 10 mins).
Staff were all friendly - from the guard to the cook, especially the General Manager (Ai Leen) who makes the effort to remember guests and talk to them. (Thank you so much for the birthday cake and letter!)
Room was clean - granted it's not a new hotel and could use a little refurbishment but it's part of the resort feel!อ่านต่อ

Setting, breakfast, large roomsI stayed there with my 17 year old daughter. It is a very nice quiet romantic hotel on the quiet part of the beach about 15 minute walk from the crazy party party of the beach. If I had to do it over again, I would have booked a less highend hotel that had more life. We saw very few people at the pool or the beach. Other resorts had families and life. I would definitely stay at Sareeraya again if I wanted a quiet place to get away. I should also mention that the first nail salon & activities sales agent that you pass on the way into town has a sign that says "Laundry". They are very nice, reasonable, and will deliver you clothes back to your hotel room.อ่านต่อ

The room had everything you would need, and the service was impeccable.Actually stayed in a few hotels during our trip to South-East Asia, staying at 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore and Phuket , I must say that this was my favourite hotel of them all. We stayed in a pool villa which was located right next to the hotel's swimming pool. We had a lovely room which was quite spacious, and had a beautiful view. The service was amazing, even had a 5 course dinner set up on the terrace of our room, which was delicious. The hotel is right next to the beach which was great, the sand was really nice, but the water not so clear, it was actually kind of murky, but the hotel can't control that.อ่านต่อ

big room,private pool,big comfortable bed especially the pillowI can say I'm 100% satisfied with the hotel. Room is big beautiful. Bed is big and comfortable especially loving the pillow! Private pool is nice. Bathroom too..The receptionist are very friendly and detailed. We don't have to wait for check in, instead were invited to sit and served with welcome drink aside and they will come assist us. Breakfast so-so.อ่านต่อ
