การบริการของพนักงาน เป็นเลิศ นอบน้อม โรงแรมสะอาด มีหาดส่วนตัว ไม่วุ่นวาย สงบ อาหารกลางวันอร่อยด้วยสมรา่ึคา น้ำในห้องน้ำไปอาบตอนกลางวันร้อนเหมือนกับน้ำอุ่นเลยคะไม่ทราบว่าเป็นเพราะอะไร เปิดทิ้งไว้ยังงัยก็ไม่เย็น (แบบว่าพวกเราชอบอาบน้ำเย็นนะ)พนักงานยิ้มแย้มทุกคนไม่เลือกว่าจะเป็นแขกคนไทยหรือว่าต่างชาติ ฉันเป็นคนไทยที่เข้าพักกับเพื่อนอีกหนึ่งห้องได้รับการบริการดีมาก นอบน้อมด้วย คุ้มกับราคาที่จ่าย เหมาะกับการมาพักแบบต้องการพักผ่อนหนีห่างจากตัวเมือง โรงแรมสะอาดห้องก็สะอาดนะเขาทำความสะอาดได้ดีมาก อ่านต่อ

The Boathouse was great! The staff were all so nice and welcoming. We felt very accommodated. The style of the room is more modern and we got upgraded to a jr suite which was awesome. Hotel is beach front so great view at the restaurant and the pool with a nice breeze. Great place to relax. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! อ่านต่อ

Although the hotel was very nice in term location, facilities, and staff, it was over priced. We booked Penthouse Suite It was very beautiful and spacious. Everything was nicely laid out. During booking through Agoda.com, we accidental booked as 3 guests rather than 4. We paid extra for my teenage son, even though, the suite stated 4 people capacity with 2 kings size bed. อ่านต่อ

Amazing location, right on Kata beach. My visit was at the beginning of low season so it was perfect with not too many people. Evening turn in service was exceptional. Fresh fruits or snacks prepared. Lead oragami nicely placed on bed. Last but not least, lemongrass diffuser lit in bathroom as insect repellant as you turn in for the night. Staff at reception, by the pool, and at the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. All were eager to make my experience a superb one. Though not cheap, you are getting what you paid for. This is lovely place for a romantic weekend. First of all I will list all the pluses. It has a restaurant of which it is justly proud. The food is wonderful and the breakfasts were some of the best that I have had. The staff speak very good english and were very helpful. The rooms are kept clean and are modern. The resort is on the beach and is in the centre of Kata. The negatives are the resort is 5 star and expect to pay 5 star prices. When I arrived they asked for 2000 baht a night deposit I stayed for 4 nights so 8000 baht. I just found it annoying. Also as soon we arrived we were sat down at a table with a lady who was selling transport and tour services. This was before we had even seen the room. Again it was a bit annoying. After this everything was very good but I arrived at our room feeling irritated. อ่านต่อ

We had a lovely relaxing 4 days at the boat house. Staff were always very accommodating and polite. They buffet breakfast was very good and the cocktail making class with Taz was excellent- would definitely recommend. The location is beautiful, right on beach and great for sunset. Each room has an iPad and up to date complimentary movies for any rainy days. Our only con was that there wasn’t a sheltered outdoor seating area - unless it was the restaurant. This was more relevant to us because it rained. Otherwise, wouldn’t be a problem. We would definitely return :) อ่านต่อ

Brekkie , Late Checkout, StaffGreat ala carte brekkie , very attentive team at poolside .. PHAT, AUD and other and the lads super cheerfull and pleasant Room very clean - room clean service exceptional and very nice with extra towels and small problems Team extended a late checkout which was really really great for us Check in super smooth and guys bringing bags in rooms prior to our arrival and guys not hanging for a tip but we hope you got it on our way out - thanks Great location - surf rentals and beach guy very flexible and helpful We talked of not coming to Phuket again , but will consider this place a great value stop over location when trecking backwards and forward to Europe. Location restaurant music Above average but needs some updating rooms are smaller than the photos seem to show no real place for clothes but very nice staff great location could have more veg food the vegetable burger is misleading as it is made with eggs not really vegetarian they should change this on the menu a bit misleading otherwise a great stay well done อ่านต่อ

the beach, service, and breakfast foodBoathouse by Montara is the best! Beachfront property makes it really easy to take a swim, and with the water looking great, you won't think twice about it! Service is excellent. All of our requests were taken care of, and then some. We didn't have to worry about anything, especially when it came to organizing tours and airport transfers. The small touches make this hotel stand out -- a personalized greeting card from the hotel manager welcoming us and wishing us a nice stay, palm leaf origami by housekeeping every evening, pool boy ready to assist us all the time. The room we had was clean and well-maintained and were it not for the glorious beach outside, we'd have easily stayed in and lounged in bed. อ่านต่อ

Quality of hotel and hotel service, exceptional restaurants, direct beach accessThe staff welcomed us 'back' to the Boathouse and our stay was to the level that we have come to expect over the years that we have been visiting Phuket. We like that the hotel is relatively small and that it lives up to it's exceptional reputation. The staff are attentive, the hotel well decorated and presented and we had a wonderful relaxed time.
