I paid 1000 baht for a room.. it was discounted from 3000 baht.. if they wanted to charge more than I paid I wouldn’t stay in all honesty.. basic hotel but it was what I needed so can’t complain.. breakfast was not a buffet as advertised ..room service only ..2 x eggs and ham on a plate with 2 bits of bread(not toasted) and all was cold :( อ่านต่อ

Ok, not a luxury hotel but offers very good value for money and is conveniently located for easy access to shops and restaurants. Staff were great, very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. อ่านต่อ

Great location with the Laguna entertainment area Boat Avenue literally just around the corner. Good value also -- savings on room can go towards renting a car and then you have your pick of beaches to go. Staff may not always understand your requests due to language barrier, but patience, pantomiming, and diligently following up will go a long way. อ่านต่อ

Surrounding Chaba is peaceful. You can have very good sleep at night with comfortable bed and lake view. If you choose to stay in the room, you have many channel to watch, comfy bed and lake view. If you choose to roam around the area.. there are plenty of restaurant range from Thai... japanese and eastern foods... and the nearest beaches, surin and bang thao beach is nice and quiet unlike patong which is crowded and noise.. it depend what you are looking for.. veryall .. good stay.. อ่านต่อ

I"ve been in Phuket regularly the last 10 years and this is by far the best option. Rooms have amazing lake view, staff is super friendly, swimming pool & fitness are juste great. 10 min walk from the beach and the price is really soft compared to the others hotels around. Nice and supermarket & friday market at 4 min walk. Will be back for sure อ่านต่อ

We stayed here as my husband was participating in the laguna Phuket triathlon: we were initially disappointed as the pictures online looked a bit fancier than in person. However after realizing how clean the hotel was, how our room was on a beautiful peaceful lake, the staff so helpful especially with our small baby, the included breakfast delicious, the beds very comfortable and the location perfect for walking to the triathlon as well as restaurants, shops and a van to take us to the beach any time we wanted. Highly recommend for a simple but everything you need place to stay in laguna Phuket! อ่านต่อ

Location, Facilities and Beautiful rooms with a lovely viewI really eanjoyed my stay at the Chaba resort the staff were fantastic and upgraded us, and I was allowed a later check out to accomodate my flight time. It is located on the edge of Laguna with the beach around 1k away. Many shops and restaurants are within a 5 min walk. Many of the rooms offer a beautiful view of the laguna. the only positive side of this hotel is the location, near to the boat avenue... many restaurant.... ( the food in little paris restaurant is superrr nice, dont miss it if you stay around! price is a little bit expensive but it WORTH!) But the reception is terrible.... take forever to check in with only one group family came before us The staff is biting a cigarette while serving us,they keep on chating and laughing at the reception while the guests are holding the luggage waiting to get a room. Yet, when we request another key card for a double room, a small staff said to us if we lose the card we have to pay 100bath... but a staff next to her said is 500 bath for each room card if we lose it... i deeply doubt that the staff here make extra money from the guest.. this is not the only one thing, when we booked a car for five person to airport, a guy staff asked for 900bath which is totally overpriced (is not a minibus!) and keep on state we have to pay him the 900bath instead of driver อ่านต่อ

I booked this based on price. It is great value for money. Close to restaurants. Oddly shaped room with mezzanine floor. Toilet is a upstair hike away. I have no real issues อ่านต่อ

I asked the reception if there was a SAFE place to store my bags between checkout and a late departure to the airport and they happily agreed to keep for me, right in front of the reception counter. Of course they did - it was the perfect opportunity for staff to rummage through my belongings and remove ONLY the foreign currencies hidden in a folder deep within my bags (which I double checked before i left the bags - but sadly forgot to re-check until I reached the airport). Any and all attempts to reach the hotel management for some kind of response have been fruitless. Unacceptable. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you would like to lose all your valuables...!! อ่านต่อ

Hotel was in a good location near to boat avenue where there are bars, restaurants and shopping. When I arrived I was told my room had been upgraded from a superior to a deluxe which was a nice surprise. My room was quite large and minimalistic with a rather large bed , the room could have done with a chair or a sofa if I was wanting to watch tv. The staff were friendly and helpful, would have been nice to have a wider choice of fruit or cereal for breakfast, there was a lot of oriental food available. coffee , Water and fruit juices available. As I was a solo traveller would have been nice to have a bar within the hotel. Not sure who measured the walking distance to Bang Tao beach but it was definitely more than 10 minutes , more like 30-40 minutes as no direct route and in a 34 degree heat was very tiring. อ่านต่อ

Close to my office but dirty in bathroom have many cockroach run around. No any staff help to move the room and no any apologist. When I ask to talk to manager in morning no one contact and come to talk to me. First arrival staff at front say we don't have yours booking but agoda told me booking is confirm. อ่านต่อ

If you don't like crowded Patong beach and want a quiet place with nice view, you should stay here. Rent a motobike, go around the island, find some beach not crowded, enjoy the holiday. The hotel sited beneath a small lake, in the area Laguna near Bangtao beach. Rounded by lots of Russian tourists, so a little different feeling from in Patong. Room is clean and quiet. Small but beautiful swimming pool and gym. And don't forget to try its massage and SPA as it in the hotel's name. อ่านต่อ

Good value for money option. Simple but large room (take the ones with the balcony overlooking the lake). A little noisy at night due to proximity of some restaurant, bars overlooking the lake. Walking distance to restaurant, fruit market and Boat Avenue. Please note that there is no shuttle available for the airport or the beach. อ่านต่อ

During our race day November 26 at 4am i wanted to call for ICE they would drop my call to the front desk. I tried to call several times but they would literally pick up then drop the call. Very disappointed about that. So we didnt have ice for our water bottles in the race. อ่านต่อ

We had again a good stay at the Chaba, short just for one night but otherwise all good The only disappointment was that when we checked out we still hat to pay for the Hotel bill....not the hotels fault but AGODA....they made a tiny mention in the booking confirmation that the booking is handled through Booking.com..... it was written so small that I didn't see it so we had hassles with payment during check out....not a nice ending of an otherwise good stay....all thanks to bad management of AGODA อ่านต่อ

I booked here for running Laguna Phuket Marathon 2017 which it is every close to the start point of Marathon (400 meters). You can walk to the start point without car easily. However, i recommend you to book a room with lagoon view. Rate is a littler higher than no-view room, but it is more worthy. I will book here again for my next marathon in 2018 ;) อ่านต่อ

We liked staying at Chaba. The staff was very helpful. We had an early departure before regular breakfast time and they still brought us a breakfast before our departure. We were busy with a competition while in town so I don't know about any of the amenities they offer as we were seldom there. It is located near shops and restaurants. We even had some clothes taylor, made in one day, just up the street from the hotel. It's a lengthy walk to the beach - but a nice beach when you get there. The hotel said they would drive us there, but we choose to walk - might want to take them up on the ride. I would recommend this hotel - our room was clean, great airconditioning, and excellent view over the lake. อ่านต่อ
